Our Vision

To drive over 50% of the emissions reductions needed for carbon neutrality by empowering subnational action to scale high-impact climate solutions in key regions.

Our Mission

We aim to establish 8 to 10 regionally embedded Climate Solution Centers across key provincial areas—co-developed in close partnership with technical institutions, local governments, and community stakeholders. These centers will serve as catalytic platforms to identify, adapt, and scale high-impact mitigation solutions over the next decade (2025–2035), a critical window for climate action. By strengthening subnational implementation capacity, the program seeks to accelerate measurable climate progress and contribute significantly to national carbon neutrality goals.
