Basic Q&A on Carbon Emission Dual Control Policy

China is currently at a critical juncture, concluding the 14th Five-Year Plan and preparing for the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan. Recently, iGDP and the Shanxi Coshare Innovation Institute of Energy & Environment jointly released the report Basic Q&A on Carbon Emission Dual Control Policy.
